Today’s horse racing naps explained
Our naps table is three picks, refreshed each morning:
- NAP — the strongest selection on the card
- NB — the next best alternative
- IWAC — value aimed at 5/1 or bigger for each-way interest
How the nap of the day is chosen
Selections use today’s racecard inputs — form figures, course and distance flags, trainer and jockey strike rates, and other live angles — then rank a clear NAP, NB and value pick. Treat them as informed shortlists, not guarantees. Always check the latest odds and going before you bet.
